UHMW PE sheets are sheets of Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene, a type of plastic that has excellent properties for various applications. which means that the polyethylene molecules have a very high molecular weight, usually between 1.5 and 9 million g/mol. This gives UHMW PE sheets exceptional physical properties, such as high impact strength, high abrasion resistance, low water absorption, and excellent chemical resistance. It also has a low-friction surface that prevents sticking and binding, and a high impact and wear resistance that can handle scuffs and scrapes. It also has high mechanical strength, very high damping properties, and can withstand constant temperatures from minus 269 to 80 degrees Celsius.

UHMW PE sheets are widely used for engineering and industrial purposes, such as lining chutes and hoppers, conveyor belts and components, gears and bearings, pumps and valves, scraper blades and liners, etc.

It can be made from recycled material, antistatic material, electrically conductive material, high-temperature material, oil-filled material, abrasion-resistant material, or metal-detector-grade material, depending on the specific needs of the application. UHMW PE sheets are also known as Polystone, Tivar 88, or PE 1000. They are suitable for engineering and industrial purposes, food processing and packaging applications, and architectural and building purposes. They can be modified with various additives to enhance their properties for specific applications. They are easy to machine and customize into various shapes and sizes.

Reprocessed grade: Made from recycled UHMW PE material, more economical and eco-friendly.
Oil filled grade: Blended with oil to improve its lubricity and wear resistance.
Glass filled grade: Reinforced with glass fibers to improve its strength.
Borated polyethylene: Boron added for purpose require neutron shielding.
Flame retardant grade: Modified with flame retardant additives to reduce its flammability and smoke emission

Anti-Static grade: Treated with anti-static agents to reduce its surface resistivity and static charge
